CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is due to Covid related matters (i.e a positive test result) or government-imposed lockdowns/travel restrictions we remain fully flexible and can reschedule or cancel without fees or charges.

Outside of those reasons our standard cancellation policy would apply:

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival at Wildernest, there will be no charge, except for any credit card surcharges.  If cancelled or modified within 30 days the full tariff is payable.

If you cancel your booking 60 days or less for our peak periods, which includes Easter, Christmas and the New Year’s Period (19 December to 10 January) the full tariff is payable.

Where possible when a cancellation has to be made, management can at their discretion, and there is no obligation to do so, attempt to relet the property and if successful then a full refund will be made available.

The owner reserves the right to make alterations or cancellations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages or inconvenience caused to a guest as a result of an alteration or cancellation to a booking.
